The Jacobsen project presented a unique opportunity for success based on the architectural style. In a market dominated by Georgian and semi-traditional approaches, the Jacobsen project took a more modern direction. Featuring a flat roof design accented with progressive cladding materials, the architecture was clearly inspired by a blend of West Coast and Northern European influences.
Drawing from these cues, we developed a project identity that drew from Danish, Scandanavian and Swedish furniture design. The use of strong angles and bold shapes spoke clearly that this project was different from other offerings on the market.
The resulting campaign helped position Jacobsen as a lifestyle statement and a bold choice for young professionals.
